For the 2023 RSS Conference, information presented on the original posters was expanded into a booklet. 

For each of the sections within each poster, research revealed even more details that what could fit on the original posters.  Not only providing more information, the booklet also contains an expansive list of references and resources.

Creating a booklet was a deliberate interim publication choice for several reasons. 

First, retaining the photos and images was important in communicating the real-live nature of the people and their works. 

The booklet format also allowed sufficient space to share an extensive list of references and resources for anyone wanting to pursue more. 

And finally, wanting to provide more than a conference display, copies of the booklet were included as part of the Hidden History Historian’s display so that that RSS members could take home a copy.
