Agricultural Change Update

Agricultural Change Update

Like all sectors of the economy, agriculture continues to change. While on the one hand, farm size is getting larger, the number of farms is decreasing and more and more farmers are needing to rely on off farm employment.

This data sheet compares the results from the 1992 Agriculture Census with the 1997 Agriculture Census.
